Our starting rates (displayed on the Pricing page) cover basic labor, standard consumables, and diagnostic tools. Final quotes are customized after on-site assessment and reflect part quality (OEM vs. generic), labor hours, and any additional materials (e.g., specialized sealants).
We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all labor plus the manufacturer’s warranty on OEM parts. If any issue recurs within 30 days due to our installation or repair, we’ll return and fix it at no extra charge—no questions asked.
Yes—we offer annual and bi-annual preventive maintenance plans. Each visit includes a full system flush & descaling, valve lubrication, flow & pressure benchmarking, and a digital maintenance report outlining any emerging issues or future service recommendations.
If your repair requires a non-stock or specialty part, we’ll source it from our network of vetted suppliers. We’ll provide an estimated lead time (usually 24–48 hours) and transparent cost breakdown before ordering—no work begins until you approve.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash. Emergency call-outs incur an additional ₹399 flat fee (covers 24/7 rapid dispatch). All charges appear on a digital invoice you receive immediately upon job completion.
