“QuickTap,” “we,” or “us” refers to QuickTap Plumbing Experts. “You” or “Client” refers to the individual or entity requesting our services. “Services” encompasses all plumbing repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency call-outs described on our Services page.
a. Repair & Maintenance: Leak detection, fixture repair, valve swaps, drain cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
b. Installation: Pipe and fixture installation, water heater setup, pressure-testing, and commissioning.
c. Emergency Call-Out: 24/7 rapid response for burst pipes, sewage backups, and critical failures (₹399 extra).
• Initial rates are listed on our Pricing page.
• For jobs exceeding ₹5,000 or complex repairs, we conduct an on-site assessment and provide an itemized digital quote within 24 hours.
• Work commences only after you review and approve the quote via email or WhatsApp.
• Payment is due immediately upon service completion.
• Accepted methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash.
• Emergency call-out fee (₹399) is added to the final invoice.
• Late payments beyond 7 days incur a 1.5% monthly interest.
• You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before the booked slot.
• Cancellations within 4 hours incur a ₹199 administrative fee.
• Emergency call-outs cannot be cancelled once dispatched without forfeiting the ₹399 fee.
• We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty on labor and standard consumables. OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Warranty requests must include photos and a service order number. Approved warranty work is carried out at no extra cost.
• Our total liability per job is capped at the amount paid by you for that service.
• Provide safe, clear access to work areas and ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available.
• Inform us of any site hazards (e.g., pets, structural issues) in advance.
• Obtain necessary permissions for access to common areas in gated communities or commercial buildings.
