Refund Policy

1. Overview

At QuickTap Plumbing Experts, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund of service fees, emergency call-out charges, or parts costs.

2. Service Dissatisfaction Refunds

• If within 7 days of completion you are not satisfied with our workmanship, contact us at hello@quicktapplumbing.site or call +91 98440 01122.
• Provide your service order number, date of service, description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
• We will investigate and, if the issue stems from our work or parts, either re-perform the service at no extra cost or issue a partial/full refund based on the scope of work completed.

3. Emergency Call-Out Fee

• The additional ₹399 emergency dispatch fee covers 24/7 rapid response and fully stocked vans. This fee is non-refundable once a technician is en route.
• If we fail to dispatch a technician within 90 minutes in metro areas due to our fault, the ₹399 will be fully refunded.

4. Parts & Materials Refunds

• Unused standard parts (valves, fittings, cartridges) may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a 90% refund (10% restocking fee).
• Custom-ordered or specialty parts (e.g., bespoke fixtures) are non-refundable due to supplier constraints.

5. Refund Request Process

  1. Email hello@quicktapplumbing.site with your full name, service order number, date of service, refund reason, and any attachments (photos, invoices).
  2. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and complete our review within 5 business days.
  3. If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nashik courts.
